Do You Need A Mortgage?

You can choose any Mortgage Loan Officer you wish, and I'll be happy to work with them to help you buy the home of your dreams.  However, if you want One-Stop-Shopping, I can serve as your loan officer as well.  Outside of being a Realtor with RE/MAX, I'm a licensed loan officer with NBI Mortgage.  I have been licensed since 2006 and have helped many of my clients find loans that were better than they were promised at competing banks and mortgage brokerages. 

How is this possible?  Because I do this as a service to my clients (sellers and buyers).  I don't have to rely solely on the mortgage business to feed my family.  The money I earn there is "gravy", so I don't have to make as much on each loan as others do.  So, I can pass the savings on to my customers.
